Having just entered the British restaurant scene with his first French restaurant Tratra in Shoreditch and with the upcoming release of his newest book One Knife, One Pot, One Dish: Simple French Cooking at Home (Oct 2017), Stephane Reynaud certainly knows a thing or two about French cookery. On October 5th at Divertimenti Cookery School, Knightsbridge, the French chef, cookery writer and restauranter will bring French food to the kitchen in an accessible way with minimum fuss and hardly any washing up.
To some, French cuisine appears daunting but as you will learn with one knife, one pot, one dish and the best of seasonal ingredients you will be able to create a stunning French dish in no time at all. Stephane will demonstrate how to make his irresistible ‘Salt Cod with Potatoes and Onions’, ‘Osso Bucco’, ‘Pulled Pork’, ‘Pork with Apples and Soy Sauce’, and ‘Apples with Salted Butter’. Stephane will also show you how to make his more challenging dishes: ‘Parmesan Tarte’ and ‘Chevre Frais’.
