Combining her lifelong love of food and design, she co- founded Lotus Events, one of London's most fashionable party- food companies, followed by Chilli Hot Chocolate, the online foodie emporium. She also teaches Indian cookery, from simple modern cuisine to full Indian feasts. She lives in London.
